“The best way to predict your future is to create it.” (~Abraham Lincoln)

Well, yes. Absolutely.

We are all, after all, creating our own futures. What you do, or do not do, today does create what and where you will be tomorrow.

It doesn’t much matter if you believe it, but if you do you’re said to have an “internal locus of control”. Which means that you believe you are in control of your life.

But it really doesn’t matter if you believe it or not. The truth is that what you do today, determines your tomorrow.

Of course, if you do believe this, you’ll tend to think a bit more about your today.

“The future depends on what we do in the present.” (~Mahatma Gandhi)

If you believe this, you might think about getting a bit more committed to those small steps that it takes to take you where you want to go.

If you believe this, you just may find that you really do have this amazing power of choice.

If you believe this, you may just decide to ditch the enemy of self-sabotage.

We are all, after all, creating our own futures. On purpose, or not.

Whether we believe it or not.

Of course, if you believe it?

Well, you might just start creating a better tomorrow.
