1. You know what to do…you always really know what to do…deep down, whether you listen to yourself or not. But here’s the thing – you are wise – so please listen to yourself.

2. Smiling doesn’t just make you more attractive (although that’s true), and boost your mood (it does that too), it’s actually good for your brain. So smile more!

3. Gratitude changes lives. Always, always, always.

4. It’s never too late to dream a new dream. Never.
