The only difference between a dream and a goal is a plan that you execute.

That last part? The execute part? That’s the secret.

Because the best plan in the world produces nothing if you don’t execute it.

The problem is, we don’t always want to run the risk of executing because there’s always that looming question – “what if it doesn’t work?”

Fair question, easy answer – revise the plan.

Yes, it’s easy to say “revise the plan” or “just do it” or whatever other inspirational/motivational catch phrases sound really good. But the truth is that the answer to how to start, is simply to start. And the answer to plans that don’t work, is simply to change them. Simple. But not easy.

The truth is, it’s never easy.

Dreams that you turn into goals that you turn into plans become things that you have to do, chances you have to take, rejections you have to risk.

But here’s the thing – you can do this.

You might not believe it. Your nearest and dearest might not believe it. But the truth is that you have gifts to share with the world, gifts that the world really needs, that only you can give.

You might be telling yourself that you can’t.

But actually,

you can.
