Whatever you water will grow.

Weeds, herbs, those heirloom tomatoes that you planted. It really doesn’t matter. If it’s in your garden and you water it, chances are it will grow.

Because, of course, water doesn’t know the difference between those plants you really want to get big and strong and those that you don’t.

Wherever it flows, something grows.

And the same is true for your energy.

Whatever you focus on, whatever you put your time and attention to, wherever you put your energy is what will grow. It really doesn’t matter if it’s something positive and good and something that you really want, or something negative.

Energy doesn’t know the difference.

So yeah, if you want to focus your thoughts and your energy and your time on negative things, you can do that. If you want to water those, you’re free to do so. They’ll grow if you do, of course. But of course you know that.

Or, if you want to focus your thoughts and your energy and your time on positive things, things that you really want to see grow in your life, things that you really want to have more of, you’re free to do that too.

They’ll grow if you do. But of course, you know that.

Because energy, like water, doesn’t know the difference.

So the only real question is – what will you water?
